Shelly Wolkowicz is the CEO of the World Union of Jewish Students (WUJS), a prominent international organization.
With an international MBA degree with honors from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the University of Beijing, and SciencesPo, Paris, she has developed expertise in strategy, innovation, and finance (VCs'). Throughout her academic journey, Shelly excelled in esteemed internships, including positions at the Israeli Ministry of Transportation's spokesperson division, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' strategic planning division, the strategic counseling project Nova, and a highly respected public diplomacy workshop.
Later, she gained valuable professional experience as a senior advisor for the Israeli permanent delegation at the OECD, where she represented Israel in the fields of science, technology, and innovation.
Her focus areas included Cyber, AI, and blockchain, and she continued this innovative work during the pandemic. As the CEO of WUJS, Shelly guides the organization with a vision to empower and unite Jewish students worldwide, fostering leadership and making a global impact.
