Defining Female Leadership

This topic was explored in a compelling TED-style lecture delivered by Col. (Res.) Adv. Pnina Sharvit Baruch, Chair of the Executive Board of Forum Dvorah. The lecture took place as part of a distinguished conference titled “The Path to Equality – Between Female Leadership and Feminist Leadership.” The event was chaired by Daphna Meitar-Nechmad, Chair of the Board of Trustees of Tel Aviv University, and was held in collaboration with the Tel Aviv University Alumni Organization and the University’s Global Leadership Community.
